Terms of Service

Syncra is operated by NodeNiche Hub, a company registered in Nigeria (CAC registration number 8475031), based in Lagos State. By creating an account or using Syncra, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Syncra.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in your country to use Syncra. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account.

Syncra helps you track income, expenses, debts, savings, and subscriptions in a single conversational interface. Nopy, our AI assistant, provides suggestions based on the data you share. Nopy is not a licensed financial advisor and its responses should not be treated as professional financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

You retain ownership of the financial data you put into Syncra. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data so we can provide the service. We handle your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Do not use Syncra to break the law or violate the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
• Do not interfere with the service, including by sending excessive requests or attempting to reverse engineer it.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, including statements that belong to someone else.

Syncra is offered on a paid subscription by NodeNiche Hub, with a 7 day free trial for new users. Pricing, trial length, and renewal terms are shown at sign up. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the paid period.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of the amount paid within 7 days of that payment by emailing hello@syncrahub.org. After the 7 day window, payments are non refundable, except where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Syncra will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for us or other users.

Syncra is provided on an as is basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, accurate, complete, or free of errors. You are responsible for the financial decisions you make based on what you see in Syncra.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syncra and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the version above and ask you to accept the new version inside the app before you continue using Syncra.
